We will make every effort to deliver orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery within New Zealand We deliver nationwide across New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Prison/Facility Deliveries For orders being sent directly to a correctional facility, please contact us to arrange this as most times we need a copy of the property request form

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

These terms do not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
